Does anyone have any experience or idea of Twitch and how do you build up faster reach there?
I put a lot of effort into it, but I can't build a community.

Regardless of whether you are really good / entertaining, it can be very difficult to reach a level of awareness on Twitch.
Try promoting yourself via social media like Insta: Where you write for example: Hey, I'm streaming now, come along!
Otherwise you just have to stream and hope. But in the beginning you just have to talk to yourself anyway. Papaplatte also made a video like this: "Who gets more followers on a new account" - And even he didn't have many viewers, although everyone would have recognized him, but most just don't scroll down that far.
