Not at all. PS4 automatically mutes any other sound output due to the licenses of the music etc.

If you only stream on the PS4, it won't work. It works with separate hardware.

On twitch at the moment because they're somehow still under the radar. On YouTube you will still be blocked during the stream or the theft stream will be ended.
You can also play normal music regardless of copyright. The PS4 only switches off the music sources that come from the PS4 itself, such as spotify

You can't. If you then want to save the streams at twitch, the scenes are automatically muted with copyright music
So I'm personally a Spotify fan. Well, good question, well, the usual stop. Spotify or amazon music. If you like remix then YouTube is better
