High end pc but fps drops?

Lured games cod / fn to 144fps but still dropped at fortnite e.g. The fps to 69 or 80 briefly sometimes only to 120 but ingame the game no longer feels smooth then. Even if I'm streaming fortnite on twitch everything works but sometimes the drops come.

32gb ddr4 3200mhz corsair vegance

1tb hdd

win 10 64bit

750w be quiet straight power 11 80+ gold

Are you wearing vsync?

In the game I have vsync from I also tried on and settings all on low but there was no difference: /

All drivers installed?

Yes all drivers up to date

So now I don't have time for it but I think a friend also had problems with Fortnite with FPS drops, check out youtube there are various fix videos.
