What to buy next in GTA Online?

I have already bought an apartment with a garage, an office (Maze Bank West), a small special freight warehouse and a vehicle warehouse in GTA. Through Twitch Prime I also got an arcade (Pixel Pete's). Next I would like to move my office to Arcadius, but I would also like to start an MC business. I would not find a hangar bad either.
