Laptop to stream up to 1000 euro to stream, purchase recommendation for laypeople?

I sometimes stream with a buddy on Twitch Skat, which is a website. My buddy is involved in OBS via skype. My cell phone is a webcam and my sound comes through a UR-44 interface. And then my PC almost bursts when I turn on the stream. I have an Aspire 3, Intel Core I3 2.3 GHZ 3MBL3 Cache, Intel HD graphics, 4 GB, DDR4 memory, 256 GB BG SSD. The sound does not come across to me and my buddy properly and the computer hangs and takes forever because it is probably overwhelmed.

I'm looking for a laptop for less than 1000 euro that can do that. So no blatantly elaborate games, just pure streaming. I occasionally render videos, but I don't really mind waiting. I only know a few things about computer technology and have no experience with it for a fee. Can anyone recommend something?

Why not a gaming pc, laptops are really overpriced and you can get a good gaming pc for half your money
