Why do I have a data rate of 1Mbit / s with my Fritz box 7530?

I've had a data rate of 1Mbit / s upload and download for days now. We have had the router for about 2 weeks and I was able to stream the first 2 days with a bitrate of 3500kbit / s on Twitch, now nothing works. My wlan card is not damaged or broken because it works in other networks. I also tried to position the router differently, but without success. The stupid thing is, on my phone it works fine and I stand with the whole real on the hose and need urgent help!

You can put your PC on Fritz box a higher priority. That will be the vllt.
