On the PC, click on your profile picture in the top right corner. Then you go to the channel. Then you have to scroll a bit and under the Follow button it says Adjust Channel. There you click on it. Then you scroll there until the profile settings come. There you can then change your username (but only once every 60 days) and adjust the upper and lower case with which it is displayed.
