What UI or other interface addon for WoW would you recommend?

I currently have the following optics installed at WoW. Before that I briefly had this GW2 ui. Unfortunately, it was a bit disturbing and caused it to jerk. So leave or do you have a tip? I download everything via Twitch so far.
