Extremely bad internet on my PC?

I had extremely bad internet on my PC yesterday. YouTube, Twitch, and every other site on the internet has stopped starting. I have no way of connecting my PC to the LAN and I get internet through a Fritz! Stick. Why do I have such a bad internet and what can I do about it

It could be because the PC is very weak or has little RAM / memory free

Can't be. Very often clean up my RAM and also have 32Gb RAM
