I'd like to know if you can create emotes for yourself on Twitch. Most of the emotes used are provided by streamers and subscribers of them then use them. I would like to have my own, but I'm not a streamer but just a spectator. Is there a way to get your own without being a streamer?
No you can't
You can create emotes but not privately.
You have to have a partnership with Twitch for which you need to stream and you always get an emote space after a few subs so unfortunately it just doesn't work.
