Can I stream Valorant with the PC?

I have a Twitch channel that I stream on. Now I recently got Valorant and would like to stream it too. But I've already had a couple of stream crashes and don't want to cause another one.

The computer:

Fx-6300

GTX 1060 6GB

16GB Ram

I stream through NVENC and with Streamlabs OBS. Can I stream 720p @ 60 and play 1080 @ 60 with the PC?

With an FX6300 this is almost impossible, Valorant hardly manages without a stream
