I have had a bad internet connection for 4 days now. Before that everything was optimal. We have a 250k line but whenever I play now (League of Legends) I can no longer watch a YouTube video on my second screen without a 200-500ms ping. This also applies to downloads; it takes much longer than you can expect from a 250k line. I even have to reduce the quality when I watch streams on Twitch on my television or watch a video normally on Youtube so that it doesn't load all the time. I connected my PC with a LAN cable.
What I forgot to write, even when I'm gambling and I'm on Instagram on my cell phone, I also have such a high ping

First of all, look at what speed your data is being transferred:
