Is reacting to other streamers on twitch prohibited?

Hello dear good questions team haha my question is whether it is forbidden to react to other twitch streamers while you are online my stream content is based on that i only try to use facial expressions and gestures to find out whether you can hear me it is really forbidden if yes you can send me a link where it is and if not you can send me a link where it is

If every big Twitch streamer does / has done that, then you can answer the question yourself

Yes, you should actually ask them first. But you are not always allowed to reststream their stream. That can also lead to problems
