So my son is a twitch streamer (15 years old) and if he looks down at viewers then it says e.g. "2" or "3". But if you click on "User in Chat" in the upper right corner of the chat you should supposedly see who is watching in the stream, but with "User in Chat", or whatever that means, for example 5 or 6 people are 6 or 5 different names, but with viewers only 3, 4 or 2. I'm really very confused and my son as well ask for help!
The rest are bots or simply silent users.
Oh ok but I just wanted to know what is the real viewer number for USERS IN CHAT or for viewers you might know that?
Yes that's Jeff Bezos who counts as 3
Haha
Just a question, do you get money for answering so quickly and so, or are you doing it for fun or boredom?
Count users in the chat - the bots are counted among the viewers - but the users in the chat are only counted if they have written there, as far as I know.
Fun
Ehm but nobody has commented on me
is that a bot well because he was off from time to time then I talked to him for 2 hours and in the meantime streamed Rocket League but he never wrote a comment
Will be more of a lurker. But as I said, if you're wondering that more people are ALWAYS there - these are bots.
Users are only counted as viewers when the sound from the stream is on. That is why bots are not rated as viewers, as they are only connected in chat.
Thank you very much
