I have a MacBook Pro (2011) and a Nintendo Switch. Since I would like to stream via YouTube or Twitch, the question arises whether a USB dongle with USB-C, HDMI and USB 2 or 3.0 can be used?

I wouldn't tell you that you need an Elgato or capture card but not such adapters
