Twitch Obs Stream Laggt?

I have a question about streaming through Obs-Twitch.

I have the Radeon 560 graphics card, the AMD Ryzen 3 and 16 GB of memory from Corsair.

my question: No matter what I set at OBS when streaming, my stream is! I'm very overwhelmed and wanted to ask the community if someone could offer me their help, what I lack to have no lag when streaming or what settings I have to make at OBS to have no lag or whether I have the CPu or Ram has to change.
