Can I take characters from series as a Twitch logo?

Someone has made me a logo for Twitch, which I have worked moderately in retrospect again moderately strong. The logo is a character VERY similar to one of a series, but has small differences. [[Skin color, size, smaller details on the face]], however, the baseline style and thus the appearance is very similar.

Can I continue to use this image for Twitch or would I have to be able to. Worrying about copyright issues, etc?

Are you going to pretend to be this person in the picture, or are you going to get any benefit from this profile picture, or are you making money on this twitch channel? If you answer all these questions with no, there are probably no problems.

The only one that could cause problems is the creator of the image (who made the "logo") if you changed or used it without permission.

Money would come in as a result of donations etc. So no?

I do not see a problem there
