Well, first of all "affiliate" is very easy to reach for someone with friends and therefore nothing special. You should better clarify with your parents whether you can stream. Because I see the much greater need for clarification with your parents.

I don't participate in illegal stuff. If you - as a 15-year-old - are allowed to do something, we read on. Until the end. And then I'll tell you whether I allow you or not. I'm always open to new things. Therefore I would like to read - with you! - also do to. But I also have to understand everything I read - and you too! That is the minimum requirement! And then we talk about it.

Twitch Affiliate is the program in which Twitch partners can't monetize their stream. The basic requirement for this is 50 followers and almost 10 hours of streamed content in one month. Ergo for the average gamer that is easily accessible. Of course, this is also legal with the consent of the parents.

To use Twitch, correct. But affiliate is marketing with content monetization. And in Germany this requires a business registration and tax returns to the tax office. And this is only possible for an adult / deputy. Without this, tax evasion would be committed using the services. And this is something the tax office and our courts have no understanding of at all.
