At what age can you access the Tennocon (Warframe Question)?

I heard today that there was a Warframe Twitch and Mixer Drop, then I went to the site to find out when it starts but I thought that you could not get into it until the age of 18 because it's only 16 but I was only 13 and I saw it Younger types according to my taste so from what year you can to Tennocon only for people who are familiar with the topic!

Can I bring my under-17 child?

While TennoCon is not an event for children, they are also a ticket holder.
