Connect Ps4 with pc and use a headset on both?

I bought a Ps4 and wanted to know if this is possible.

So I would like to connect my Ps4 with my PC to use the headset of my pc. And at the same time, I want to hear the sound from the pc, e.g. Want to hear about Twitch and the ps4's game sound over one and the same headset. If it would be nice to know what additional programs or adapter / cable I need for it.

Just download PS4 Remote, but it needs a good connection

It goes with me. Did you put the sound on headphones with the PS?
