My cousin bought a computer for Christmas. With this he always strikes GTA. However, the streamem causes it to jerk. That's why he's now streaming the picture from his Xbox with this PC.
He now wants to do the same with his PC. So stream the picture from his PC to another PC on Youtube.
He asked me if I could recommend one, but I have no idea about streaming. I don't think he needs the best of the best. He has always streamed in full HD so far.

Not the best of the best, but a few hundred euro!
Everything from AMD Ryzen 7 3700X or better for a new PC would be recommended, alternatively an RTX 20xx graphics card if you want to encode with it.
A capture card such as the Elgato HD 60 Pro is also required.
