I have a problem right now because I need to change my EA password, but I don't know my EA email address. I play Apex Legends on Xbox One and when I first opened the game I don't remember creating an EA account.
I wonder if my Xbox email was simply taken and the EA account was created with it.

Usually a window should appear at the beginning and you can then log in or register. Since that was not the case with you, it could be that your Xbox live account is linked to an ea account. Even if this is not the case, try to use the email you use for your xbox live account. As a password you take this from the xbox live account.
