Hardware ban on Ebay classifieds?

I wanted to sell my Playstation 4 and Xbox One collection. I used my 4 year old account for this. The ad would be deleted because games from 18 were included. Then at some point I created a new account in case something is that my "main account" is not deleted.

In fact, they then deleted my "second account". Then I created another account. Was deleted together with my main account. I have now created a completely new account. I can set the display to normal on the PC, but nothing works from the mobile phone. I created an account for a test and it really depends on the mobile phone.

From the PC I can set something for each account but nothing more via the mobile phone. Has my cell phone been banned from classifieds somehow?

The other accounts may have been blocked because multiple accounts may be prohibited. Therefore, the main account will be gone at some point if you tried more and more secondary accounts.

Blocking could be on IP if you are on the cell phone via mobile data and the computer has a different IP via LAN / WLAN.

But rather unlikely. Maybe the browser-IP-operating system combination blocked something. (Computer definitely has a different operating system.)

If there's an app that can also block the Android ID, on Android. Some do. Can be changed quickly with a rooted phone. Otherwise you have to reset it to the factory settings.

Clearing the cache helped.

Yes that can be of course. I don't care about the account either. Just want to sell the rest. But I deleted the cache and it works again
