In terms of performance, I think the Xbox because they actually always have a better performance, but I would still buy the PS5.
Since Microsoft is slowing down its own premium console with a less powerful one, I see both consoles on the same level. The big difference lies in the services, but in terms of performance, neither will have huge differences. (Only in 2 years when the Pro appears, then Xbox will be behind again)
