Xbox Gamepass subscription purchased and redeemed on Amazon not recognized?

I recently got an Xbox Gamepass Ultimate subscription. When I clicked on the link in the email to xbox.com, I was able to redeem the voucher code. But this is not recognized on either the Xbox or the PC.

Who knows what I have to do now? 😕

Was the seller Amazon direct? If so, then it's best to call them or use the live chat, they are actually very competent and are good at helping. If it was another retailer, I would just write to them once and wait for their answer. This usually only takes two days. I.e. That the costs will be fully reimbursed if the seller does not react or can't find a solution
