Can't buy English Xbox game?

I want to buy the US copy of the Call of Duty World at War game from the Xbox Store. My only problem: Xbox from English / US and there's also the US version, but when I press Buy, the German version for 30 euro is suddenly there without the zombie mode. I also tested it on Xbox.com/en-US the same thing on my cell phone and someone has a solution for me on Xbox?
