I want to get Mcpe but with a voucher card. Can you do that with an x box card or if you have a Microsoft account? Sry am not that experienced in the field.

Otherwise there would still be the Java edition, but the W10 edition is more fluid or on older computers (if yours is older).
So I can answer your question with yes, you can use Xbox cards to buy games on an Xbox 360 and Xbox One and later also for the Xbox Series X / S, but you can also use them on a PC. It works the other way around, you can use Microsoft cards to shop in the Xbox Store.
