Connect XBox One Controller to XBox360 with which adapter?

Which adapter do I have to use to connect the Xbox One controller to an Xbox360? (Multiple controllers)

Or you can bypass the whole thing, cable or Bluetooth doesn't matter, the main thing is that it works.

A normal charging cable from Samsung. Best an older one

I don't think that works, as far as I know you have to use the corresponding controller for each console. They do this on purpose to get more money. Otherwise you wouldn't have to buy a new controller with the upcoming console generation.
