Comparison of gaming monitors?

I want to buy a gaming monitor for my Xbox one s for mainly shooters. So far I've looked around a bit and found out that I should have 1ms response time, 24 inches and at least 60hz, now I've found three that meet these criteria, but I don't know exactly why the slightly lower price of 120 to 130 EUR results.

It's best to get a gaming monitor from benq or asus. And should have 1ms response time.
