To connect Xbox One Headset s.pc?

I have an Xbox One headset with a round plug (do not know what that means exactly), when I connect it to the pc I only have sound but can't use the mic. How can I make it sound and micro at the same time?

Is the latch green? Then it goes on the PC only sound, headsets with microphone for the PC still have a pink jack
