I have been playing Minecraft on the XBox one S (all digital) for a while, also with my family in multiplayer mode.
Now I have met a person of American origin (lives in America) and we would also like to play Minecraft together. The problem is, neither of us comes into each other's world and the message '' No connection to the world '' keeps appearing.
We're almost giving up, could someone help us here?
Since you are not on the same network, you can't see each other's server. Since you can't add a server to the Xbox, port forwarding shouldn't work either.
As far as I know, you can only play together if you go to the same public server (from those that are already there) or if you get a realm. Otherwise there are only craft solutions with PC / VPN to connect the networks.
But we can see our mutual worlds, just not join.
No hope 😅?
Then maybe. But I'm not at home at the moment, so I can't watch it on my Xbox.
