I have a charge kit from Xbox so this battery which you can charge. The thing is if you connect it to the controller then my controller wants to turn on, but if you are looking to charge the part then it wants to charge net that means it is full.
For now, you can easily see the battery level by opening the guide. At the top right there's a display of the battery level. If the cable is connected, it will also show that it is charging.
In addition, the cable itself shows whether it is charging. Orange for store and white when full.
Is the battery not inserted correctly? Where did you get it, maybe it's broken?
