XBox One Controller standard batteries are not charging, why? And: can you manipulate that?

For my X1 controller, I use standard 1600mAh batteries, which I recharge in an external charger. That annoys me more and more.

https://tipps.computerbild.de/unterhaltung/gaming/xbox-one-controller-aufladen-280669.html says that you can only recharge the "original" batteries via the controller. Commercial batteries from other manufacturers, however, are not. Why actually? (Rhetorical question. I suspect that the software is "secured" in the controller. What a stupid nonsense)

The question is, is there a way to remove this restriction on the official battery pack in order to then charge standard AA / Mignon batteries directly via the controller?

Unfortunately not in my guess…

… As stupid as it sounds, but I don't think that would work with any controller because it just has to be these specific designed batteries for the controllers, because they are specialized for it or whatever you should say.

an

Because we also know from power plugs on cell phones, for example, that the original power plug charges the cell phone faster and better than a non-original power plug.

The original Ms battery uses different contacts than the cheap batteries you use these contacts you can even see in the battery compartment

And that is absolutely correct because the original batteries are lithium ion batteries that can't and must not be charged like cheap nickel batteries

The original battery doesn't cost the earth either

No, the original battery has other contacts that are not read out via the battery terminals in the controller
