My brother canceled my xbox live gold subscription without permission. How can I get this back?

Apparently there's no way to get it back just like that. You should contact Microsoft Support and with a bit of luck you will get it back because they can see that you had it. If not, then you are just unlucky. And have to buy it again. But I don't know what the games with gold regulation is like.
