I have a game (forza Horizon 4 purchased via Microsoft so that you can play it on pc.

I press install and then comes a window so no device was detected?

What happens if you start the Windows Store directly under Windows 10 (ie a white basket with Windows icon)? Is that because you should log in with your Accaount?
