Many access providers now work with so-called DS lite. DS stands for Dual Stack and means the parallel operation of IPv4 and IPv6. DS lite has an IPv4 address and an IPv6 prefix, but the IPv4 address is shared with other customers and implemented by the provider via NAT (CGN). The result is that your router displays a different IPv4 address than you see with pages like wieistmeineip.de. The consequence is that port forwarding does not work with IPv4.
