I wanted to ask if it is possible to import, copy or download a city that I have built (on Xbox One) on the PC somehow?

Ne just the Xbox Store. I thought that it might be possible because both are from Microsoft and you only have to buy some games once for both platforms

If you can deposit a microsoft account with the game, it should be possible. I never played the game from the top I don't know myself. But if games work with platforms like uplay etc. It should be possible
