Hi, I have a little question. I recently wanted to buy Xbox Live Gold on the Xbox One all the way to the point where I should do the extra review so as usual I have confirmed the payment but the money has not gone off and the same message came back from the additional review.

The same problem I had in the end was my money gone for whatever reason. Since I have no more consoles haha ^^
