Hi, I doubt whether the Xbox series x 144 fps with 4k resolution can do it. So I doubt whether you need a 144 hz or 4k monitor, unless you also have a very good gaming PC. I don't think you will notice the 4 ms difference because the computer, internet, keyboard etc. Also take ms. However, it is always good to get something better.
