Xbox one controller is totally crazy?

I have a problem with my Xbox one controller.

He fell into the water a few minutes ago, since then he is totally crazy! But the light shines very faintly. If I keep the button where the light is pressed it vibrates times weakly throughout and really intense, sometimes it goes on normally but immediately after 3 seconds again? What can I do?

Buy a new one or let it dry overnight and hope it goes the next day. Maybe you can screw in at the most and see that all the water goes out.
