Why is the Ps4 controller crazy?

People I have tested 4 controllers and they all work, but sometimes when I have the controller under the ceiling, for example, and if I turn the r3 stick to the right, for example, it goes there after a few seconds and goes crazy. I have the feeling that it is due to the ps4 because I tested the controllers at my friend's on the ps4 and they work perfectly. Can you help me why it could be like that?
