7 days to die on Steam with DLC's?

I would like to get 7 days to die for my PC. (So on Steam)

I already played it on Xbox at that time and therefore I know that there were small DLCs there. Which I think only included additional character.

I just wanted to know, are they already included in the Steam version?

Since I can't find any add-ons to the game via Steam.

I also play the game sometimes - it would be new to me that there are DLC's.

What? Quadrocopter works properly? Game comes out of alpha?

As I said, there were just new chars to choose from at the beginning.
