RDR2 Ultimate Edition (Steam) How and when do I get my money?

I bought the digital steam version of RDR2 Ultimate where it says that I'm also entitled to a 2 mile GTA $ bonus! But when and especially how do I get the money? I would like to get the money on my Xbox One account, how can I implement this or how can RDR2 know which GTA it should take?

Did you get any code or sign up for rdr2 with the same social account as for gta5, only have the cd version, so I can't help you anymore
