I bought a new controller called XBOX ELITE SERIES 2. It arrived on April 15th and I didn't use it anymore. Yesterday I packed it up and sent it back, I didn't include the invoice and there's no reason to return it in the package. I then dropped it off in a Hermes parcel shop. Do I get my money back and know that the controller is broken? Or should I call today. I'm really worried that I will get my money at all, that is 170 euro. If not, then send me the controller back if you think I broke it or what happens then. Did anyone have experience with this? There are no signs of wear and tear on the controller, such as broken buttons or buttons or sticks
If you get defective goods, you call customer support on the same day to clarify. Then you send the part back as quickly as possible with all the documents that you have to include in a package.
If you can't assign the part, then you won't get your money back.
You can send everything back in an online shop within thirty days. The fact that you have not filled out the return slip or that there's no invoice means that it ends up in the warehouse and nobody knows exactly why it is there now, that is actually a problem. That's why you should just call, you have certainly written your address on the package. This will surely clear up quickly!
Just call for safety's sake and explain the situation to them.
Where should I call?
Where
should I call?
Where you sent it back, of course.
Well where you ordered.
I called them it will take 2-3 weeks for the package to arrive, then check if it is defective and then the money will be credited to my account
So yes! Now you have to wait.
They don't know what to do with the device, why didn't you fill out a return slip? The return postage is often taken over, especially because it was defective. You could have saved yourself the postage.
Call where you sent it and check with you.
Completed a return slip, just didn't write why I sent it back
Then it is good, then they have your data and it should actually work. Would call again anyway because you did not enclose an invoice. Whether you should still send them (post, fax, email) or whether it is OK.
Why should you get money back? You have not expressly declared your revocation.
what does Otto say - in the original packaging and unused and undamaged. This could cause a delay; queries may arise.
the return slip was also not filled out correctly.
Who does the package come from and who should be reimbursed for money?
whereby we're in the area of warranty, obligation to rectify. Information must be provided about this.
Then check if it is broken
since it is unfortunately defective… No refund… Warranty / rectification applies
Boy I did it all for one reason and they even think they know what you're talking about
Behavior could not harm you
if you don't follow the rules, you have to wait longer
Telephone is patient and writing is an advantage
