It should be 27 inches, 144 Hz and wqhd resolution my budget is 500 euro

PS games on xbox one and soon on sieres x which has 120 fps

Should be for gaming

As sgt119 wrote, the LG 27GL850. If you would accept curved for a significantly better contrast, the Samsung C27HG70 is also worth a look.
