Download Forza Horizon 4 on PC?

Some may call me stupid now because I can't handle that…

but how do I get forza horizon for the PC, because I only see Xbox Keys?

PS: a link would be nice if you can buy that

In the Microsoft Store Windows 10 you can buy Forza and also redeem the key if you have a hurry
