Transferring gamepass purchased on PC to Xbox One S?

I bought the Game Pass Ultimate and now want to transfer it to my Xbox. How do I do that?

Simply sign in with the same account on the Xbox.

But there are definitely games that are only available on the PC and not on the console in the Gamepass. And vice versa.
