GTA V Online save game transfer from Ps4 to Xbox Series?

I have now bought the Xbox Series S (as a second console for the Xbox exclusive, because I haven't got a PlayStation 5 yet) and I wanted to ask whether and, above all, how I can get my GTA V Online score and character from the PlayStation 4 getting the new Xbox. I've earned everything legit and without cheats (since 2016) and am lvl 320 and have over 20mio GTA $ and don't want to lose this account.

I really ask for help.

That doesn't work, thanks to all the modders, Rockstar has abolished this possibility.

Not even now for the NextGen consoles? I mean if I get the Ps5 at some point, don't I have to transfer my account from the 4 to the 5?
