Unlock destiny 2 forge?

I have a question about destiny 2. To be precise about the black armory blacksmith.

How can I unlock the smithy at ada 1? I have both DLC, what do I have to do to unlock the smithy? My Kolege doesn't have either DLC, but there's a way to do it. For example a quest or something

At Ada 1 you get a weapon quest that you have to do to unlock the smiths you don't need dlcs for.
