Xbox Game Pass Ultimate? - 2

My dad has Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and I have a PC. Is it somehow possible that I can use the Game Pass on PC while it is also online? I doubt it a lot, but it's better to ask than to pay twice.

I mean, you can unlock the Game Pass for family members too.
